Paul brings over two decades of experience working with industrial mechanical systems, with a background in floor operations and quality control across the transportation, forestry, and agricultural sectors. Since 2002, he has focused on ensuring systems run reliably, efficiently, and to a high standard in demanding environments.
In addition, Paul has more than ten years of hands-on experience in hydroponic farming. He has worked across a wide range of system designs and production environments, giving him a practical understanding of how greenhouse systems perform day to day and what it takes to maintain consistent production.

Martin Curtis brings deep experience in automation, controls, and large-scale system integration across industrial and agricultural environments. At NuLeaf Farms, he leads project execution, ensuring greenhouse systems are installed, commissioned, and operating as intended.
His focus is on translating design into performance. From control systems to mechanical integration, Martin ensures that every component works together to deliver stable production, efficient workflows, and reliable long-term operation.

Sama Huseynova leads NuLeaf’s research and development activities, overseeing applied research, crop testing, system validation, and technical development across controlled-environment agriculture, greenhouse automation, indoor farming, environmental sensing, and AI-integrated crop optimization. Her work focuses on ensuring that NuLeaf’s technologies and production methods are scientifically validated, operationally reliable, and commercially deployable.
She plays a key role in developing and refining crop production recipes, designing testing protocols, analyzing environmental and production data, validating sensors and automation systems, and translating research findings into practical recommendations, technical documentation, and commercially relevant solutions.
